Why “sold for $40” isn’t $40
A $40 sale on Poshmark keeps $32 after the 20% fee. The same sale on eBay loses 13.6% of the total plus a per-order fee, and you usually pay for the label. Add what you paid at the thrift store and the poly mailer, and the real profit can be half of what it looked like. Questions
Is the free version actually free?
Yes. Unlimited items, unlimited sales, fee estimates, the dashboard, stale stock, CSV export and backups are all free with no time limit. Pro adds tax-time tools and deeper insights.
Where is my data stored?
Only in this browser, on this device. Haulfolio has no server or database, so nothing you type is uploaded. That also means clearing your browser data erases it. Use “Download backup” regularly and “Restore backup” to move to another device.
Does it connect to my eBay or Poshmark account?
No. There’s no account linking or automatic sync, which is also why there’s nothing to subscribe to. You log items and sales yourself (it takes seconds), or import a spreadsheet with Pro.
How accurate are the fee estimates?
They follow each platform’s standard US fee rules as of October 2026. Some categories, countries, promotions and ads differ, and platforms change fees. Edit the presets in Settings, or type the exact fee from your payout on any sale. That number wins.
Is the tax report tax advice?
No. It organizes your own numbers into a clear yearly summary to help you or your tax preparer. Haulfolio isn’t a tax service, and rules depend on your situation and country.
What does Pro cost?
$9, once. No subscription and no renewal. Payment is handled by Stripe; Haulfolio never sees your card details.
I paid but Pro isn’t showing.
Pro is unlocked in the browser you paid from. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices, email truellobrands@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and we’ll help you get it back.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It’s built to work one-handed on a phone. Your phone and computer keep separate data, so pick one as home base, or move data with a backup file.
